The in-house QuadReal team is committed to advancing a prudent development program in Canada by identifying opportunities within the existing portfolio or leveraging future acquisitions. In almost all cases, we plan and develop our properties for the long term and as such, are forward-looking, and focused on rigorous and responsible execution. The team is regionally based to ensure local knowledge and on-the-ground planning and development capabilities. We have deep experience in every market where we operate, develop and invest. On behalf of BCI, members of the QuadReal asset and development teams work closely to ensure that our focus is on respect for local communities and neighbourhoods, from project conception to completion.

Since 2017, the QuadReal Prairie Development team has completed +2,000,000 sf of industrial development across AB and MB.
Nose Creek BP, Balzac, AB – over 700,000 sf (Buildings A/C/D) of multi-tenant industrial development completed to date, with a 231,000 sf multi-tenant industrial building currently under construction and delivering in 4Q2021. 
Amazon (YYC!), Nose Creek BP, Balzac, AB – a 600,000 sf built-to-suit fulfilment centre for Amazon completed in 2018 
Uline, Anthony Henday BP, St. Albert, AB – a 590,000 sf built-to-suit distribution centre for Uline to be completed in 2Q2021 
NorthWest BP, Winnipeg, MB – 174,500 sf (Building 1) of multi-tenant industrial development completed to date, with a 175,000 sf (Building 2) multi-tenant industrial building currently under construction and delivering in 4Q2021. 
McKesson Canada, NorthWest BP, Winnipeg, MB – a 120,000 sf built-to-suit distribution centre for McKesson Canada completed in 1Q2021
